After an initial enquiry, we will design a menu and price for your special event. We take into account any dietary requirements, budget or key factors.

Face to face meeting to talk through the party/event plans, and ensure the menu is tailored to your needs.

Confirmation of menu and pricing.

We prepare most of the food offsite, only making finishing touches in your kitchen, to avoid as much inconvenience to you as possible.

On the day you can enjoy yourself, safe in the knowledge we will take care of the meal. We ensure the food is prepared and presented to my high standard and that my staff are managed, providing the excellence and ease our clients are looking for.
Terms & Conditions
Payment
10% booking is required on confirmation of an event.
40% of the price is required two weeks before the event for the purchasing of materials. Payment of the balance is required within two weeks of the event.
Cancellation
Once a booking is made staff and kitchen time is reserved and any other events that come in later will be refused. Therefore cancellation charges are payable for any cancellation of a confirmed event. Minimum cancellation charge is 10%; this will increase to 50 % within two weeks of the event and up to 100 % within the week.
Food Sourcing
Where possible and appropriate only the finest, local fresh ingredients are used in the preparation of my food. Significant effort is made to ensure that the highest quality of ingredients are used and these are usually only found at specialist suppliers.
